Job Description

Minimum Qualifications Certificate or Diploma in Beauty Therapy, Wellness Therapy, Somatology, or related field. Accredited massage or spa therapy qualification. First Aid certification is advantageous. Experience 13 years experience as a spa or wellness therapist. Experience in a hotel, lodge, resort, or spa environment preferred. Knowledge Spa and wellness treatment techniques. Skin and body care products. Health, hygiene, and safety standards. Customer care and hospitality service standards. Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service orientation. Professional treatment and therapy skills. Time management and organisational skills. Sales and product recommendation skills. Personal Attributes Friendly and professional appearance. Calm, caring, and patient personality. Attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure. Passion for health and wellness. Working Conditions Shift work, including weekends and public holidays. Standing for long periods during treatments. Spa, hotel, lodge, or wellness centre environment. Reporting To Spa Manager / Wellness Manager / General Manager
