About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Helpdesk Consultant to play a pivotal role in supporting our Members through their business journey. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding our Members to get a clear understanding of the business and its challenges/incentives/goals. You will assist Members with inquiries, provide coaching and mentoring, and empower them to achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interacting successfully with new prospective Members and explaining the Business to them.
  • Developing trust relationships with existing Members through understanding their needs and proposing solutions that will help them meet their business goals.
  • Serving as the link of communication between Members and internal teams by resolving any problems faced by Members and dealing with complaints to maintain trust.
  • Responding to member inquiries promptly and professionally, providing accurate information about products, business processes, and promotions.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for Member inquiries and concerns, referring them to Aftersales to ensure successful resolution.
  • Providing personalised coaching, mentoring, and guidance to enhance Members’ skills to overcome challenges and reach their business goals.
  • Offering guidance and support to Members that fosters a positive and encouraging experience.
  • Helping Members navigate obstacles and setbacks to ensure resilience and continued progress.
  • Aligning with the company’s mission to improve the member experience and positively impact lives.
  • Actively listening, engaging with Members to understand their needs and contributing to their personal and professional growth.
  • Assisting new Members in starting their business journey by providing comprehensive onboarding support.
  • Educating members on the criteria of different ways of earning rewards, PVs, and bonuses.
  • Assisting them in meeting the requirements to enhance their income.
  • Supporting Members in achieving their targets and advancing to the next leadership level.
  • Assisting Members in developing strategies to increase sales to maximise business growth and earnings.
  • Recording keeping of all interactions with Members on the system.
  • Promoting and educating Members on new products developed.
  • Responding to Member queries relating to products in a professional manner.
  • Ad-hoc work towards the overall goal of impacting the lives of Members positively.
