About the Role
We are seeking a experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team in Cape Town City Centre. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional customer service and high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise staff to ensure efficient service delivery
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in all areas
- Monitor inventory levels and control costs
- Develop and implement menu plans and specials
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements
- 3 year Hotel School Diploma or equivalent National Qualification at a Diploma level
- 3-4 years in the Food and Beverage industry, including experience in banqueting, in-room dining, and/or restaurant operations
