About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Collections Agent to join our team in Pretoria, responsible for collecting outstanding debts on credit cards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in credit card collections and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with debtors to resolve outstanding balances
- Negotiate payment plans and agreements
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress
- Work under pressure to meet collection targets
Requirements
- Credit Card Collections experience (3 5 Years, recent experience)
- Excalibur Experience (preferably Excalibur 4)
- Familiarity with banking or financial services
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Qualifications
Matric is a non-negotiable.
