About the Role
We are seeking a tech-savvy Sales Consultant to join our team at iStore The Glen in Johannesburg. As an integral part of our sales team, you will be responsible for maximising sales opportunities and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all customers receive hands-on experience with the latest Apple technology & services.
- Proactively approach and engage with customers to understand their needs, present complete solutions, and create memorable experiences.
- Provide expert advice on Apple products and services.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Completed Matric/National Senior Certificate (Minimum Requirement)
- Some Sales Experience, preferably in retail or alternatively product knowledge would be an advantage
