About the Role

The Mechanical Foreman is a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of mechanical systems within our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day maintenance activities, leading a team of technicians, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute daily mechanical maintenance activities to achieve maintenance targets and production goals.

• Organize resources, materials, tools, and manpower to ensure efficient job execution and minimal downtime.

• Lead, direct, and motivate the Mechanical Maintenance team to deliver high-quality work, cost savings, and excellent customer service.

• Communicate maintenance plans, safety requirements, and business information clearly to shop-floor teams.

• Monitor, control, and evaluate team performance, maintenance quality, safety compliance, and housekeeping standards.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, innovation, and maintenance effectiveness.

• Identify and resolve mechanical issues, abnormal conditions, and workplace conflicts promptly.

• Ensure accurate maintenance documentation, reporting, inspections, and record keeping.

• Maintain high standards of housekeeping, discipline, and energy conservation.
