About the Role
Our client in the Logistics Industry, based in Bellville, Cape Town is currently looking to employ an experienced Office Manager to their team. The role focuses on operational efficiency, team management, compliance, and administrative control while ensuring high levels of service delivery and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office and call centre operations
- Manage workflow and ensure operational efficiency
- Ensure accurate job capturing and data management
- Oversee payment processing and controls
- Ensure jobs are released to planners timeously
- Coordinate on-time delivery processes
Requirements
- 48 years experience in office management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Experience in reporting and compliance management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Logistics industry experience – Advantageous
- Call centre management experience – Advantageous

- Monday to Friday: 07h00 17h00
- Alternative weekly shifts:
- Early Shift: 07h00 12h00
- Late Shift: 12h00 17h00

- Public Holidays (alternating): 07h00 12h00
- Company closed over Easter weekend and Christmas period
- Flexibility required in line with operational demands
