About the Role

A leading Construction, Solar and Electrical company based in Silverton is seeking an experienced Group Human Resources Manager for their group of companies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing the Groups Industrial Relations policies in line with current legislation, building and maintaining sound labour-management relationships across diverse construction sites, and facilitating training and development programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage the Groups Industrial Relations (IR) policies in line with current legislation.
  • Build and maintain sound labour-management relationships across diverse construction sites.
  • Facilitate training and development programs in line with national guidelines and organizational goals.
  • Conduct skills audits and training needs analyses to support workforce development.
  • Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals across multiple projects and locations.
  • Manage all HR administration and reporting functions, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Oversee OHS policies and ensure compliance with health and safety legislation.
  • Handle complex union/bargaining council negotiations, including multi-union environments.
  • Develop and execute long-term IR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Represent the company in CCMA matters and ensure compliance with BCEA, EEA, LRA, SDA, and other relevant Acts.

Requirements

  • Grade 12 (Matric)
  • Completed Degree in Human Resources or Industrial Relations

Salary & Benefits

Salary: R 30 000 – R 40 000 CTC pm.
