About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced couple to join our team as Guide and Lodge Manager at our Limpopo-based lodge. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our lodge and providing exceptional guest experiences. Key Responsibilities
- Manage lodge operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance.
- Provide guided tours and activities in the surrounding reserve and game area.
- Supervise staff and ensure excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate records and reports.
- Participate in marketing and promotional activities.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism Management, or related field.
- Recognised Tourist Guide qualification.
- Valid guiding certification and permits.
- First Aid certificate and valid driver’s licence (where required).
