About the Role

Our client is seeking two experienced New Car Sales Executives to join their Johannesburg North dealership. The successful candidates will be responsible for cross-selling used vehicles within a specific price range, with a focus on performance-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet an average sales target of 6 – 8 units per month
  • Cross-sell used vehicles priced between R12 000 and R15 000 (negotiable)
  • Focus on performance-based commission structure
  • Contribute to overall dealership performance through pension and medical aid benefits

Requirements

  • Proven experience in new car sales, preferably in a dealership environment
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
