V-Core (Pty) Ltd is a manufacturing company in Cape Town producing Vermiculite products for the South African and international markets. The head office and production facility are located in Blackheath Cape Town. Vermiculite is a natural and absolute environmentally friendly mineral. It is mined in South Africa and V-Core proudly beneficiates Vermiculite into locally manufactured value-added products. The company has been operational since 2013 has established a unique competitive offering and is fast growing. For our Office and with a start date as soon as possible, we are looking for a Office and Sales Support Lead In this mid- level position, you will be tasked with Managing V-Cores day-to-day Office Processes and providing a supportive role in sales to ensure processes are completed accurately, timeously and in line with our Standard Process Management System. You will also be tasked with ensuring and maintaining smooth integration between the office and factory. This job will also include a supervisory role in the Office. Excellent MS Office Skills. Previous experience in Office Administrative Management. Knowledge of QuickBooks a bonus. Previous experience in Sales / Marketing Environment. Strong and integer personality with extreme attention to detail who enjoys taking a systematic approach to tasks. A doer attitude who enjoys the buzz of a busy working environment, who is willing to go the extra mile. High self-motivation and willingness to learn. Proven leadership and teamworking skills.
