About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Consultant to join our team in Claremont & Hout Bay. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for connecting with accommodation owners and guiding them through our all-in-one property management solutions to help them increase bookings and reduce administrative burden.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients and leads that fit our ideal client profile
- Reach out via calls and emails to guide prospects through their options
- Ask thoughtful questions to understand client needs and priorities
- Keep all interactions and notes up to date in CRM
- Present products and benefits consultatively, helping clients make the right choices for their business
- Build trust and strong relationships, positioning the company as a partner
- Collaborate with the onboarding team to ensure a smooth handover
Requirements
- Grade 12
- At least 2 years of sales experience, ideally in the hospitality or travel industry
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Friendly, professional, and confident approach that prioritises client needs
- Organised and able to manage multiple accounts while keeping the client journey seamless
- Curious, open to feedback, and committed to improving client outcomes
