About the Role

As a 360 IT Recruitment Consultant at Psybergate, you will play a crucial role in managing the end-to-end recruitment process for our clients, including client acquisition, job briefing, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and placement. You will also be responsible for developing new business opportunities within the IT industry to expand our client base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Develop new business opportunities within the IT industry
  • Source top IT professionals through multiple channels
  • Conduct in-depth interviews and technical assessments
  • Negotiate offers and manage the entire offer-to-placement process
  • Stay informed on emerging technologies, market trends, and salary benchmarks within the IT sector
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data within our ATS and recruitment systems

Requirements

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Management, Industrial Psychology, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a 360 recruitment role, specifically within the IT industry
  • Proven experience in contract placements and managing high-volume recruitment pipelines
  • Exposure to international recruitment or sourcing talent across global markets
  • Strong client relationship management and business development capabilities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proficient in tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and ATS platforms
