About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Aanlyn Verkoop- & Kliënte Diens Administrateur to join our team at Cora O’Neil Recruitment Agency in Hatfield, Pretoria. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing online sales and client services for Boekwinkel, ensuring a seamless customer experience and driving sales growth through effective administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage online sales and client services from the Boekwinkel website and other platforms
  • Process best order administration and provide excellent client service
  • Maintain bibliographic information on books to promote sales
  • Handle online orders and ensure timely delivery of products

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in English (written and spoken)
  • Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented with good communication skills
  • Matric or NQF Level 4 Certificate required
