Job Description
- HR Administration: Maintain employee files, leave records, time sheets, and related HR documentation.
- Month-End Reports: Assist with compiling and submitting monthly reports for management.
- Financial Administration: Process invoices, perform coding, and assist with reconciliations where needed.
- Document Control: Maintain organised filing systems—both electronic and manual—ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
- Quality Assurance: Assist in maintaining compliance documents for audits and certifications.
- Health & Safety (H&S): Support H&S compliance by keeping safety records and checklists current.
- General Administration: Provide administrative support to farm management and perform any other duties as required by the business.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent qualification.
- At least 2 years’ experience in an administrative role (experience in an agricultural or production environment an advantage).
- Computer literacy – proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport (no accommodation provided on the farm).
