Credit & Pricing Analyst High‑Impact Analytical Role Join a fast‑growing, mission‑driven organisation operating across emerging markets. Key Responsibilities: Build, refine and monitor pricing models to ensure that profitability targets are met. Develop forecasting models for repayment rates, portfolio losses and credit performance. Enhance credit risk models through backtesting, segmentation and behavioural analysis. Prototype new analytical solutions to improve customer outcomes and business performance. Analyse portfolio trends, identify performance drivers and present actionable recommendations. Partner closely with commercial and underwriting teams to ensure strategies deliver real‑world impact. Job Experience and Skills Required: Education (Minimum): Bachelors or Honours degree in Actuarial Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field. Experience: 25 years experience in credit risk, pricing, financial modelling or data science. Experience in fintech, lending or financial services advantageous. Technical Skills: Strong SQL for data extraction and manipulation. Proficiency in Python or R (modelling, analytics, and visualisation). Experience with credit scorecards, pricing models, or financial forecasting. Exposure to dashboarding tools, such as Tableau or Power BI (advantageous). Soft Skills / Non‑Negotiables: Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Highly commercial mindset with focus on real business outcomes.
