Job Overview:
A well-established property management and construction company based in Parow is looking for a detail-oriented Debtors Administrator to join their finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the debtors book, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain the full debtors function
-
Follow up on outstanding invoices and collections
-
Reconcile debtor accounts and resolve discrepancies
-
Prepare and send monthly statements and invoices
-
Allocate payments and maintain accurate records
-
Liaise with clients regarding account queries and payments
-
Assist with credit control and aging reports
-
Work closely with the finance team and property managers
Requirements:
-
Minimum 23 years experience in a Debtors / Credit Control role
-
Experience in property management or construction industry highly advantageous
-
Strong knowledge of debtors, reconciliations and collections
-
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems

Strong communication and negotiation skills
-
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Preferred:

Financial qualification or relevant bookkeeping course
-
Experience working with property management software or accounting systems
