Retail Vape Shop Assistant
We are looking for a young enthusiastic, responsible individual with intricate knowledge of vaping and vape related products, including hubbly.
The key areas of responsibility for the store assistant will include but are not limited to
- Selling of electronic cigarettes and vape related product
- Deliver timely, accurate and professional customer service to all our customers
- Giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers and answering queries from customers, including giving product support
- Processing sales on the point of sale equipment and balancing cash registers
- Receiving, storing and of stock and merchandising of stock
- Monitoring, managing and analyzing the flow of stock and replenishment activity
- Basic administrative duties
Working hours:
- TBA (one day off per week and off alternative weekends
Required skills / qualifications:
- Previous vape retail shop assistant experience
- Working knowledge of electronic cigarettes, vape products and hubbly including coil building and trouble shooting
- Speak, read, write English and Afrikaans fluently
- Matric/Grade 12/Standard 10 (or higher)
Personal skills required:
- Passionate about vaping and vape related products
- Passionate about customer service
- Must be a self-motivated and hard-working individual with excellent people skills and a flare for sales
- Should be of a smart appearance and articulate
Computer skills required
- Familiarity with basic point of sale software and hardware training will be given on our system
- Fluency in Windows Operating Systems, Excel, Word and Microsoft Outlook
Transport
- Own transport is a must as punctuality is essential
