About the Role

Classic Plastics is seeking a highly reliable and experienced Factory Manager to oversee the full operation of our plastics manufacturing facility. The factory operates 24/7 and includes film blown extrusion, printing, bagging, and an in-house recycling plant. As a hands-on leader, you will take full accountability for production performance, machine efficiency, and workforce management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the factory, ensuring efficient production and minimizing downtime.
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment to optimize performance.
  • Lead and motivate a team of production staff to achieve high-quality output and meet production targets.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and increase productivity.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and minimize disruptions.
