About the Role
The Complex Coordinator position provides essential operational, administrative, and related support to the Operations Manager of a student accommodation complex based in Ruimsig. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the complex.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct grounds and building inspections
- Coordinate services providers (e.g., gardening and cleaning)
- Address student queries and security-related matters
- Work after hours (ad hoc) and weekends as required
- Respond to emergencies at the complex after hours
