About the Role
We are seeking highly skilled professionals to join our team in Polokwane. The Digital Marketing Manager will lead and execute our digital marketing strategy, while the Wedding Co-ordinator will transform wedding visions into seamless events. The Executive Chef will oversee culinary operations, and the Payroll Clerk will manage payroll processing using VIP Payroll.
Key Responsibilities
### Digital Marketing Manager
* Increase brand awareness
* Drive customer acquisition
* Improve online engagement across all digital channels
* Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies
* Oversee campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising
* Analyse performance metrics and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI
* Manage and grow the company’s online presence and brand visibility
### Wedding Co-ordinator
* Meet with clients to understand their wedding vision, preferences, and budget
* Plan, co-ordinate, and oversee all aspects of wedding events from start to finish
* Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and venue staff
* Develop timelines, floor plans, and event schedules
* Manage set-up, décor, and on-the-day coordination
### Executive Chef
* Lead and train kitchen staff
* Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation
* Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
* Collaborate with other departments to create memorable dining experiences
* Budget management and inventory control are also key responsibilities
### Payroll Clerk
* Capture, reconcile, and process monthly payroll inputs using VIP Payroll (Sage VIP)
* Manage statutory deductions (PAYE, UIF, SDL) and EMP201 & EMP501 submissions
* Reconcile IRP5 and perform tax year-end procedures
* Maintain payroll records in compliance with South African labour legislation
### Graphic Designer
* Develop innovative visual solutions that align with brand objectives
* Lead design projects from concept to completion
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior designer
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and budgets
Requirements
### Digital Marketing Manager
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
* Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role
* Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, Google Analytics, and social media platforms
* Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
### Wedding Co-ordinator
* Proven experience as a Wedding Co-ordinator or Event Planner
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills
* Strong communication and negotiation abilities
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
### Executive Chef
* Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts or a related field (not specified)
* Extensive culinary experience and a passion for innovative cuisine
* Budget management and inventory control are also key responsibilities
### Payroll Clerk
* Proven experience working on VIP Payroll (non-negotiable)
* Minimum 3–5 years payroll processing experience
* Strong knowledge of SARS legislation and statutory submissions
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
### Graphic Designer
* Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
* 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency or in-house setting
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign) and other relevant design tools
