(eng= SARS / CIPC / Office Administrator Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized SARS / CIPC / Office Administrator to manage critical administrative and compliance functions. This role is essential in ensuring accurate handling of SARS processes, CIPC administration, and overall office coordination within a professional accounting environment. Location: Eldoraigne, Centurion Salary: R10,000 R16,000 Working Hours: Monday Friday, 08:00 16:30 Available Positions: 1 Start Date: As soon as possible Key Responsibilities: · SARS Administration: Appointment of company representatives and updating of contact details. · Handle SARS appointments and disputes. · Manage all registrations and deregistrations (VAT, PAYE, UIF, Workmens Compensation). · CIPC Administration: Maintain and manage all CIPC-related processes and compliance. · Submit Return of Earnings for Workmens Compensation. · Perform IRP5 and EMP501 reconciliations. · Administrative Management: Perform general office administration and maintain accurate records. · Ensure compliance with SARS regulations and requirements. Job Requirements: · Minimum of 3 years experience with SARS and CIPC administration. · Strong working knowledge of SARS eFiling and SARS legislation. · Experience with EasyFile and CIPC systems. · Own Reliable transport and vehicle. · Strong administrative and organizational skills. · Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. · High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
