About the Role
As a Financial Services Representative in our Lydenburg office, you will play a crucial role in promoting and marketing financing products to clients in the agricultural sector. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, processing credit applications, and maintaining accurate records. Key Responsibilities
- Promote and market financing products to clients
- Process and manage credit applications
- Handle client account queries and provide excellent customer service
- Manage and support clients with financing-related matters
- Monitor crop production and compile relevant reports
- Manage, report on, and recover overdue accounts
- Maintain and grow the financing portfolio within the assigned area
- Build and maintain strong internal relationships
- Prepare cash flow budgets and analyse financial statements
- Attend and represent the company at information days and events
Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
- Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English (written and verbal)
- Strong computer literacy (MS Office)
