TWK Agri has the following vacancy available: Internal Audit Quality Team Leader within the Finance division at Pretoria, Gauteng. Job Summary This role involves delivering independent assurance and consulting services to strengthen TWK Agris control environment. As an Internal Audit Team Leader, you will play a key role in assessing and improving the TWK control environment, provide guidance to the audit team and assist in the overall Quality Assurance of the Internal Audit Department. Responsibilities and Duties Review business operations across the group of companies Review Internal Audit procedures and lead a team of auditors on allocated risk-based audit assignments. Assist in developing and establishing a Quality Improvement Process for Internal Audit Perform Peer reviews on other Internal Audit teams to ensure compliance with the requirements of the IIA GIAS and in line with the TWK Internal Audit Methodology. Oversee third-party IT service providers and ensure effective monitoring Utilise data analytics for continuous monitoring, reporting, and fraud investigations Qualifications and Skills Grade 12 / Matric Bachelors degree in Accounting, Internal Audit or related field Honours degree in a related field (advantageous) Certified Information Auditor (CIA) qualification (advantageous) Previous Inhouse Internal Audit Experience required 10 years experience in Internal Auditing Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with excellent communication and attention to detail Proficiency Audit Quality Reviews Advanced MS Office skills Proficient in Barn Owl (advantageous) Valid drivers license, passport and willingness to travel Take the next step in your career with TWK Agri, a trusted leader in agriculture and beyond. *The company can expire job adverts at any time at their own discretion.
