Job Description

Key Responsibilities Provide administrative and client service support to Financial Planning Partners Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and requests Manage client onboarding processes including FICA and compliance documentation Process new business applications and client transfers Liaise with product providers regarding client transactions and requirements Maintain and update client records and documentation on internal systems Prepare documentation and reports for client reviews Monitor outstanding requirements for new business applications Assist with organizing client events and communications Support general office administration and operations Requirements 23 years experience in the financial services industry advantageous Relevant tertiary qualification beneficial Strong administrative and organizational skills Excellent communication and client service skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Key Competencies Strong client relationship focus Excellent time management and organizational skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Professional, proactive and reliable ONLY SHORTLISTED CANDIDATES WILL BE CONTACTED
