Industrial Real Estate Cold Caller Existing Client Campaign Hiring hiring a confident and experienced Cold Caller for an Industrial Real Estate lead generation campaign with one of our existing clients. This is a ready-to-go campaign with structured lead lists and clear objectives, so we are looking for someone who can step in quickly, take initiative, and generate results. Role Overview You will be responsible for outbound cold calling to property owners and decision-makers within the industrial and commercial real estate sector. The goal is to identify opportunities and qualify leads for our client. This role requires someone who can think on their feet, build rapport quickly, and handle objections with confidence. Key Responsibilities • Conduct outbound cold calls to property owners and businesses • Identify and qualify industrial real estate opportunities • Accurately log call outcomes in HubSpot CRM • Assist with HubSpot reporting and pipeline tracking • Import contact lists and contract sheets correctly into the CRM • Maintain a proactive and results-driven approach to outreach Requirements • Native-level English with a clear, neutral phone accent • Proven cold calling / B2B lead generation experience • Experience using HubSpot CRM • Ability to think quickly and handle live conversations confidently • Organized, reliable, and highly results-driven Bonus: • Experience with industrial or commercial real estate outreach Compensation & Hours Trial Period (2 Weeks) • 3 hours per day • $8 per hour After Successful Trial • $10 per hour • Opportunity to move into full-time hours (8 hours per day) • Working hours: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM SAST Why This Role This is a live campaign for an existing client, meaning the opportunity is stable and ready to go.
