About the Role
A well-established multifranchise dealership in Milnerton, Cape Town is seeking an experienced New Vehicle Sales Manager to lead their dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, a passion for the motor industry, and a proven track record of delivering results in high-pressure environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and motivate the new vehicle sales team to achieve and exceed targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Drive profitability and manage department budgets
- Report on sales performance to senior management
- Ensure compliance with dealership processes and OEM standards
Requirements
- 3 years of experience as a New Vehicle Sales Manager within a franchised dealership
- Proven track record of leading successful sales teams
- Strong understanding of the automotive sales process and customer journey
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Qualifications
- Valid drivers license
