Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Develop and grow sales within the pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, and personal care sectors
Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
Conduct client visits and product presentations
Provide technical product support and solutions to customers
Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations
Monitor market trends and competitor activity
Achieve and exceed sales targets

Minimum Requirements

2 – 5 years external sales experience
Experience selling chemical raw materials / ingredients
Exposure to pharma, nutraceutical, sports nutrition, personal care, or home care industries
Strong technical aptitude
Proven new business development experience
Ability to conduct face-to-face client visits
Valid driver’s license

Key Competencies

Strong prospecting and hunter mindset
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build long-term customer relationships
Self-motivated and target-driven
Strong commercial and technical understanding

Remuneration

R20 000 – R45 000 CTC per month (depending on experience)
Package includes basic salary and Discovery medical aid
