About the Role
Our client in the Manufacturing sector is currently looking to employ a Warranty and Aftersales Administrator to join their team based in Isando, Johannesburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of warranty claims, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and administer warranty claims in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Review and validate warranty claims for accuracy and completeness, ensuring compliance with company guidelines.
- Provide timely and professional support to dealers and customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues related to warranty claims.
- Accurately enter warranty claim data into the company’s database, maintaining up-to-date and accurate records.
- Generate reports and analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the warranty process.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with other departments, such as Technical and Parts to resolve warranty-related issues.
- Provide administrative support to the aftersales team, including data entry, filing, document management, minute-taking etc.
- Handle incoming inquiries from Dealers and Customers regarding aftersales services, warranty claims, and spare parts orders, providing prompt and helpful assistance.
Requirements
- Matric or relevant qualifications.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role in Commercial Industry.
- Adjudicates warranties from OEM level.
- Code 8 Licence.
- Report and Presentation skills.
- Confident and proactive approach – anticipates issues and requirements.
