About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and energetic Mthatha Automotive Spare Parts Specialist Counter and Telesales professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth through telesales and in-store counter sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on vehicle replacement parts to customers over the counter, online, or via phone
• Identify solutions to fit customers’ needs and generate sales and renewals
• Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service skills
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

Requirements

• Must be a South African Citizen with a clean criminal background
• ITC (no bad debt) – checks will be done on shortlisted applicants
• Stable work record
• Extensive knowledge of vehicle replacement parts
• Excellent customer service skills
