About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Administrative Clerk to join our administration team in East London, supporting quality control processes through accurate document handling, data management, and general administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Matching, batching, scanning and validating documentation.
- Maintaining and managing spreadsheets with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
- Managing Medical Aid IHT spreadsheets and processing uploads.
- Performing general administrative duties, including ICD10 coding.
- Ensuring all documentation and data are processed accurately and in accordance with internal procedures.
- Assisting with additional administrative tasks within the department when required.
Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12).
- Previous administrative or data capturing experience will be advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet management.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
