About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Internal Sales Account Manager to join our team in Cape Town, responsible for managing inbound sales enquiries, building strong client relationships, and ensuring a seamless process from enquiry to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle enquiries and prepare quotations
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Manage orders and coordinate with operations
- Maintain CRM systems and ensure accurate administration
- Deliver consistent, high-quality customer service
Requirements
- Strong CRM and quoting system experience (e.g. Odoo or similar)
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Experience in the interior design / décor industry
