About the Role
The Technical Project Manager will play a key role in delivering multiple concurrent digital transformation initiatives across enterprise technology platforms. This hybrid opportunity offers two days per week in the Bellville office and the remainder remote, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate project planning, tracking, and delivery within an agile environment
- Work closely with internal delivery teams and external stakeholders to drive projects from initiation through successful delivery
- Focus on delivery oversight, project coordination, and governance rather than people management
- Involved in sprint planning, progress tracking, stakeholder communication, risk management, and ensuring alignment between business requirements and technical outcomes
- Manage projects spanning planning, modelling, analytics, and reporting solutions
Requirements
- Minimum 45 years experience in technical project management or project coordination
- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Comfortable working in Agile delivery environments (sprints, stand-ups, delivery cadence)
- Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams
- Experience tracking timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) is advantageous but not essential
