About the Role
We are seeking an experienced F&B Supervisor to join our team in Langebaan, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Food and Beverage outlets. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare operating equipment and ensure its proper maintenance
- Manage staffing, including creating staff rosters and conducting stock takes
- Solve operational challenges and provide effective solutions
- Make informed requisitions of resources to support business operations
- Build and motivate a competent team across all departments through confident leadership
Requirements
- Grade 12 (NQF level 4)
- Good numeracy skills (NQF level 4)
