About the Role
We are seeking an experienced AI Full Stack Developer to join our team in Cape Town, South Africa. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining modern SaaS platforms that integrate AI-driven features. You will work on production-grade systems, including AI-driven automation, sentiment analysis, review processing, and decision engines.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain full stack applications (frontend + backend)
- Integrate and orchestrate AI services (LLMs, APIs, workflows)
- Develop scalable APIs and microservices
- Translate business requirements into AI-powered features
- Ensure reliability of AI systems (validation, guardrails, fallback logic)
- Optimize performance across frontend, backend, and AI layers
- Collaborate on system architecture and technical design
- Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes
Requirements
- Tech Stack Expectations:
- Frontend: React or Angular, TypeScript
- Backend: Java (Spring Boot), .NET (ASP.NET Core), or Python (FastAPI/Django)
- AI Stack: LangChain / LlamaIndex / OpenAI API or similar LLM integrations
- Infrastructure: Cloud (AWS/Azure), APIs, CI/CD pipelines (preferred)
- Core Requirements:
- 3+ years experience as Full Stack Developer
- Proven experience delivering production-grade applications
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and system integration
- Experience with SQL databases
- Familiarity with Git-based workflows
- Ability to work independently and deliver end-to-end features
- Strong English communication skills
