About the Role
The HR Manager will be responsible for providing strategic human resources support to Boneo Placement Services’ clients in Kathu, ensuring compliance with labour legislation and fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Provide guidance on employment law and labour relations
- Manage employee records and personnel files
- Conduct recruitment and selection processes
- Foster effective communication and relationships with employees, management, and clients
Requirements
- Qualification in Human Resources or related field
- 3-5 years experience in an HR generalist/management role
- Strong knowledge of labour legislation
- Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
