Job Description
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our field-based sales team and drive strategic marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in animal nutrition and the animal feed industry, with a proven track record of success in sales leadership roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a team of field-based sales agents
- Set and monitor performance, conduct regular field visits
- Review sales reports to identify areas for improvement
- Guide the identification of new business opportunities
- Implement consistent branding across the sales function
Requirements
- BSc (Agric) Animal Science or similar degree
- Deep understanding of animal nutrition and the animal feed industry
- At least 5 years’ experience in a similar marketing or sales leadership role
- Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English
