About the Role
Hire Resolve’s client is seeking a highly motivated and organized Field Sales Coordinator to join their team in Gauteng. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Coordinating Field Sales and Data Analysis activities, training and coaching sales representatives, and monitoring sales performance to drive business growth and achieve sales targets in the FMCG industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage field sales activities to ensure alignment with company objectives and sales targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to increase sales and market share
- Train and coach sales representatives on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills
- Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales forecasts and budgets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to stay informed on industry trends and market opportunities
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and updates to senior management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- 5 + years experience in the FMCG sector
- Sales Rep experience
- Proven work experience as a Sales Coordinator or similar role in the FMCG industry
- Analytical skills: ability to see connections in data and translate them into meaningful sales and productivity initiatives
- Strong knowledge of sales principles and practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Power BI, and CRM software
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Gauteng
