About the Role
Network Finance is seeking a highly organized and detail-driven Procurement & Office Assistant to join our team in the Western Cape region. As a key member of our office support team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth running of our operations while supporting our procurement function through supplier coordination, order processing, and stock management.
Key Responsibilities
- Source suppliers and obtain quotations
- Compare pricing, quality, and delivery timelines
- Prepare and process purchase orders
- Track and follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery
- Maintain accurate supplier records and procurement documentation
- Monitor stock levels and manage reordering of supplies
- Support basic supplier negotiations and cost management
Requirements
- Diploma or certificate in Business Administration, Procurement, or related field (advantageous)
- 1–3 years’ experience in procurement and/or office administration
- Basic understanding of procurement processes and supplier coordination
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
