About the Role
The successful candidate will be working as a Specialised Administrator in our Pretoria office, providing administrative support to our Call Centre team. This is a skilled profession that requires excellent administrative experience and technical skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate and detailed Excel reports
- Provide support to Call Centre agents
- Assist with client communications
- Manage Call Centre queries
- Maintain accurate records and files
