About the Role
Phakisa Holdings is seeking a reliable and experienced Driver Code 14 to join our team in Bloemfontein. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for delivering products to depots, distributors, and retail customers while ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate heavy-duty vehicles (Code 14) to deliver products to depots, distributors, and retail customers
- Ensure on-time and accurate deliveries according to route schedules
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Ensure all deliveries match invoices and delivery documentation
- Supervise and assist Truck Assistants during loading and offloading
- Ensure goods are secured properly to prevent damage in transit
- Maintain excellent customer service during deliveries
- Adhere to road safety laws and company driving policies
- Report accidents, delays, or vehicle issues immediately
- Return all signed delivery notes and paperwork
Requirements
- Valid Drivers code 14 license & PDP
- 3-4 years experience
- Good communication skills
- Clean criminal record,
