About the Role
As a Recruitment / Talent Scout at The Recruitment Pig, you will be part of a high-energy environment that values speed, accuracy, and clear outcomes. You will learn how modern recruiting works using AI tools, structured sourcing methods, and strong processes. This role gives you daily exposure, growth, and responsibility from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Scout and source candidates using CV databases, ATS platforms, and online tools
- Screen and qualify candidates through calls and assessments
- Build and manage talent pipelines for multiple roles
- Deliver shortlists within agreed timeframes
- Keep candidate records accurate, organised and up to date
Requirements
- Recruitment or talent sourcing experience
- Ability to screen and assess candidates clearly
- Understanding and experience with applicant tracking systems and talent sourcing sites
- Strong written and spoken communication skills
- Comfortable working with targets and deadlines
Qualifications
Matric is required.
Salary & Benefits
R12000 with performance-linked incentives – OTE: R25000
