About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Oudtshoorn, with a strong background in administration and compliance in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse processes and implement compliance systems
- Compile reports
- Implement and monitor compliance systems
- Conduct supplier evaluations
- Manage procurement processes
- Maintain documentation control
- Ensure ISO Compliance and Supplier Audits
Requirements
- Minimum of 35 years experience as an Administrative Officer in a Manufacturing, Compliance, or Industrial Environment
- Grade 12 qualification
- Relevant Tertiary Qualification in Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with ERP Systems (Sage Evolution) is essential
