About the Role
As a Corporate Butler at Vending Solutions, you will be responsible for delivering premium beverage services to executives, board members, and VIP guests. With Barista training, you will ensure seamless, discreet, and high-end hospitality during daily operations and formal board meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve barista-quality beverages (coffee, tea, drinks)
- Maintain consistency in taste and presentation
- Set up and service board meetings, EXCO, and high-level engagements
- Tea/coffee stations
- Water service (still/sparkling)
- Catering presentation (plated or buffet-style depending on standard)
- Provide service during meetings (discreet entry/exit)
- Welcome and attend to executives and VIP guests
- Anticipate needs (refills, refreshments, dietary preferences)
- Coordinate with catering suppliers for high-end delivery
Requirements
- 3 years experience as butler or similar
- Experience in dealing with VIPs
