About the Role
We are seeking an experienced couple to join our team at Wild Dreams Hospitality Lodge in Limpopo, South Africa. As part of our luxury safari experience, we offer a unique blend of guest experience, operational efficiency, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on couple with a strong background in lodge management, complementing each other’s skill sets to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full daily operations of the lodge, ensuring a high-end guest experience
- Manage front of house, guest relations, and hosting duties
- Supervise and support all departments, maintaining operational standards
- Oversee stock control, ordering, and inventory management across departments
- Manage food & beverage service, ensuring quality and consistency
- Take responsibility for basic maintenance oversight and coordination
- Lead, train, and motivate staff, fostering a positive team culture
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and lodge policies
- Handle administrative duties, reporting, and budgeting alongside ownership
Requirements
- Proven experience as a lodge management couple within a luxury or boutique safari environment
- Strong combined skill set across operations, including stock management, F&B service, and maintenance
- Excellent guest relations and hosting abilities
- Strong leadership and staff management skills
- Good administrative and organisational capabilities
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve in a remote environment
- High attention to detail and commitment to service excellence
- Valid driver’s licences
