About the Role
Network Finance is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Finance Manager (Insurance) to join their team in Johannesburg North. This high-impact role requires a hands-on leader who can take ownership of the finance function, ensure reporting accuracy, and provide strategic financial input in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the full finance function, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Lead month-end, reporting, and financial control processes
- Deliver timely and insightful management reporting
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk
- Oversee audits, regulatory reporting, and compliance requirements
- Partner with senior stakeholders to support business decision-making
- Stabilise and optimise finance processes where required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
- CA(SA), CIMA or equivalent qualification preferred
- Minimum 8–10 years’ post-qualification experience
- Strong background within insurance, assurance, or financial services
- Proven experience in a senior finance role with team leadership exposure
