About the Role
Recruitpro Solutions is seeking experienced professionals to join our team as High Voltage Infrastructure Site Supervisors in the Netherlands. We are looking for individuals with a strong background in site supervision, leadership, and project management to oversee the construction of high voltage substation projects, transmission lines, and underground cable networks.
Key Responsibilities
- Scheduling, budgeting, quality and safety planning, and reporting to project management
- Translating engineering plans into practical site execution
- Leading and supervising teams and subcontractors
- Monitoring safety and risk
- Maintaining full project administration including six-week planning schedules
- Coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and international partners on site
- Conducting quality inspections and progress reporting
Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience in high voltage infrastructure projects (substations, transmission lines, or underground cable networks)
- Proven leadership of teams and stakeholder groups of 50+
- Hands-on experience building or expanding high voltage substations of 300kV or above
- Proficiency in Afrikaans and English required
Qualifications
- VCA VOL certification or willingness to obtain
- BEI VP LS/HS Transport certification or willingness to obtain
- NEN 3140 and NEN 3840 certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid driver’s licence required
