About the Role
As a Centurion: Internal Sales Executive at Express Employment Professionals Midrand, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the Container Industry by leveraging existing relationships and identifying new opportunities. You will work closely with clients, manage open quotes, and ensure seamless execution of sales processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Focus on Rentals (Container Industry)
- Existing PP, Conv, and Clients
- Any Spill-Over in quoting
- Drawing up Quotations
- Recep on Support
- Update Opportunities (Live)
- Follow Up on Open Sales Enquiries
- Compile Job-Cards
- Check and Approve Other Reps Quotes R100K-R300K (non-Technical)
- Occasionally Visiting Clients
- Following Sales Process & Policy
Requirements
- Microsoft Literacy is required
- In-office Position
- Previous experience in a Sales Role is required
- Degree/Diploma in Marketing or Business
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and communication skills are important
- Driver’s license and own transport required (and close to Centurion)

Salary & Benefits
Salary dependent on candidate. Annual bonus: 1 – 1.5 months’ salary, pro-rated based on start date. Profit Share Scheme: discretionary, with a maximum payout of three months’ salary (conditional upon continued employment). Provident Fund: compulsory participation, with employee contribution of 7% of 15% of salary and company contribution of 8% per month.
Hours of Work
Monday – Thursday: 08:00 – 17:00
Friday: 08:00 – 15:00
December “Shutdown”
The company is closed during “Builders Break” from mid-December until mid-week within the first week of January. During this time, employees are required to take leave.
