About the Role
The General Manager Autowatch Division will lead the strategic growth, commercial expansion, and operational performance of the Autowatch business. The role will drive sales and marketing performance, strengthen export channels, oversee product development collaboration with engineering teams, and implement systems and structures that enable sustainable and scalable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth across domestic and international markets.
- Expand export channels and distributor networks.
- Strengthen Autowatch’s brand presence and market positioning.
- Lead cross-functional projects from concept to commercialisation.
- Implement operational systems, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Build and develop a high-performing multidisciplinary team.
- Ensure efficient management of outsourced partners and suppliers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred.
- 810 years of senior leadership experience, ideally within automotive electronics, vehicle security, or contract manufacturing.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, export development, and product commercialisation.
- Strong project management capability with experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams.
- Experience managing product lifecycles from concept to market performance.
- Advanced experience with ERP/CRM systems, dashboards, and data-driven decision making.
- Strong experience managing outsourced partners and supplier relationships.
