About the Role
We are seeking a Junior Training Facilitator to deliver structured training programmes across our business and at client sites in Pomona, Kempton Park. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being in front of a classroom, engaging with people, and creating an energetic learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate training sessions using provided material and facilitator guides
- Deliver highly interactive sessions using icebreakers, energisers, and group discussions
- Manage the classroom environment, ensuring participation and engagement
- Maintain energy levels throughout sessions
- Adapt delivery style to suit different learner levels (including senior staff and slower learners)
- Facilitate occasional one-on-one training sessions (e.g. sales coaching)
- Keep sessions aligned to timeframes and training objectives
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years’ facilitation experience
- Strong classroom management skills
- Valid driver’s licence and own transport
- Facilitator Certificate (essential)
